A cozy little homestead - a wooden holiday cottage with a sauna for a family vacation (up to 7 people).

The homestead is located in natural surroundings, nearest neighbor - 3 km.

Picturesque hills with birches around the create a pleasant privacy and let you feel the peace of nature.

The holiday cottage contains:

• A sitting room with a large table, fireplace and TV;
• Fully equipped kitchenette (crockery, gas convection, refrigerator, microwave oven, teapot, grill);
• Steam sauna;
• Bedroom for up to 7 persons (with beddings);
• Balcony on the second floor with a great view of the water pond and a large homestead area;
• Large terrace at the entrance with an outdoor table and benches;
• Shower and WC.

A large private territory contains:

• Water pond with a bridge, where you can freshen up after a sauna, go swimming;
• Fireplace, grill;
• A large lawn for outdoor games.

We rent only the whole homestead, so privacy and tranquility - guaranteed.

Reservations for celebrations and feasts are not accepted.

There is a possibility to stay with tents or campers.

Check-in timer - after 14:00 h (unless otherwise agreed).

Check-out time - till 12:00 h (unless otherwise agreed).

Up to 7 people can stay in the homestead.

The homestead is open all year round.
