Eco hike on the autumn roads of Palūšė parish

This study tour is organized:
For those who like a moderate pace and for those who like to meet new people and places who like to relax, listen to interesting stories, enjoy being here and now; also for those who want to get to know the landscape of the south-eastern part of Aukštaitija National Park and its pearls - lakes, old villages and centuries-old forests.

The hike is especially suitable for people who like new and fun experiences - ie who want not only to go, but also to get to know each other, instead of constantly rushing to the final point.

This hike is not for:
For sports walking enthusiasts who "hunt" for kilometers and whose goal is to cover the intended distance as quickly as possible, in the shortest possible time.

Day: October 18, 2020 (Sunday).
Start: 10:00 (registration starts at 9:40)
Meeting place: Palūšės village / Ignalina district /
Category: medium difficulty.
Distance: 20 km.
Duration: 6-5 hours.
Pavement: forest road, gravel road (no asphalt!).


The circular route: Palūšė - Garbūnai km and Pravalo lake - Pipiriškės km. and Lake Vajuonis - Rėkučiai Archaeological Reserve and Pipiriškės Forest - Pabalčiai Village and Šakarva Forest - Kovinė Lake - Wellness Trail - Palūšė.
Important: There is no way to stop the hike halfway because there is no scheduled shuttle.

Important information:
Registration for the hike takes place in two stages, as registering for the initial registration does not always mean that the hiker (s) will participate.

Phase I: Registration.
After filling in the registration form and expressing the wish to pay by bank transfer, the hikers will receive information about the prepayment at the e-mail address provided.

Step II: Confirmation of registration.
After the tour operators receive the order - the registration fee, the participant will be sent a second e-mail with a description of the tour route and the meeting place. You do not need to print payment copies - let's save trees.

Attention!
Individuals who have expressed a wish to pay in cash on the registration form must additionally inform about their participation in the march in a way that is convenient for them: by SMS or Facebook message, phone call or e-mail. letter. Why do we use such a system?
In preparation for the hike, it is very important for us to know the number of participants. During them, we treat the participants with tea and homemade cake, so we want to rationally plan the party. T. p. we want each hike to be memorable and to meet the expectations of the hikers, so we are grateful to everyone who contributes to its smooth preparation.

By registering, the participant confirms that he / she understands that participating in the hike is related to testing his / her physical abilities. In case of health problems, the hiker must stop participating in the hike.
