Vasario 3-27 d. Ignalinos krašto muziejuje veikia Rimgaudo Juliaus Rastenio fotografijų paroda „Tarp žemės ir dangaus / Inter Caelum et Terram“.

TARP DANGAUS IR ŽEMĖS

 Esu Rimgaudas Julius Rastenis ir fotografija yra mano laisvalaikio praleidimo būdas. Visur keliauju su kameromis ir daugybe objektyvų. Fotografuoju tikrai daug ką, tačiau labiausiai patinka daryti makro fotografijas ir siluetus. Pastaruoju metu pradėjau domėtis infraraudona fotografija, nuotraukas darant su modifikuotu fotoaparatu. Dažnu atveju mes, skubėdami gyventi, prabėgame pro smulkesnius ar mažiau pastebimus dalykus, iš kurių ir susideda pasaulio grožis. Saulėlydis yra gražus, bet dažnu atveju priešingoje pusėje vaizdas yra gražesnis.

INTER CAELUM ET TERRAM

 My name is Rimgaudas Julius Rastenis, and photography is passtime activity, everywhere I go, my cameras and many lenses go with me. I photograph many different things, but mostly I like doing macro photography and silhuettes. Lately I‘ve been experimenting with infrared photography with a special modified camera.. Often times while we hurry to live our lives, we completely pass by the smaller or the less obvious things in life, those things are exactly what make the world a beautiful place. The sunset is a beautiful thing, but often times the view on the opposite side is even more beautiful.
