Among the historic halls lies the Paliesius Manor Restaurant – as peaceful as the surrounding nature. It quietly invites you to come in and feel at home. Here everyone can find refreshment – and hear classical music in a new sound.
Our menu is inspired by the classical music constantly played in the “Horseshoe” Hall and by talented performers from around the world. The restaurant’s culinary symphony begins energetically, like allegro, with dynamic cold appetizers. Warm starters sound melodically, andante. The crescendo, the climax – our most famous and brightest main courses, rich in flavor harmony. We invite you to finish the symphony in a slower adagio rhythm, enjoying delicate desserts. For the little ones, we offer a playful Vivace menu.
The symphony of flavors can be made even more interesting with a well-paired wine – like a pause in music, helping to better appreciate and feel the composition. In the Paliesius Manor wine cellar, more than 200 selected French wines are waiting, and we will gladly recommend the best match. All that remains for you is to enjoy the discoveries of aromas and aftertastes.
Even culinary music needs good acoustics – provided by the spaces of Paliesius Manor, created so that you can enjoy food, company, and peace in comfort. All year round, you can have lunch and dinner in the bright and spacious “Horseshoe” Hall overlooking the wild tranquility and swaying reeds. In summer, we also invite you to our terraces, where flavors resonate even more vividly in nature.
Bakery: The Paliesius Manor bakery is small, but everything here is made sincerely. For buns, cakes, and bread we buy flour from local farmers, use as many quality local products as possible, and follow authentic recipes. Our baked goods are loved both by those with a sweet tooth and by gourmets. At Paliesius bakery, you can also learn to bake soft pastries yourself, discover baking secrets, and shape your own buns. While the dough rises and bakes, you can take a walk around Paliesius Manor, see the historic buildings and the park with century-old trees, and once the buns are baked, rest with a cup of tea.
