Palūšė–Puziniškis. The route starts at the Aukštaitija National Park Visitor Center. After exiting Lūšių Street, turn right towards Ignalina. At the end of the village, turn left to the parking lot by the beach. After passing the parking lot, cross the stream on the road. Follow the path along Lūšių Lake to Meironai village. Along the way, you can see wooden roof poles. When you reach the asphalt, continue your journey through Meironai village. At the end of it, the asphalt road ends and a gravel road begins. 200 m from the end of the asphalt surface, a small road branches off to the left to Meironai campsite. Traveling straight ahead for about 1.2 km, you will pass a rest area by Asalnai Lake on the left. After another 500 m from the rest area, you will see a sign towards Asalnai Pine Forest. After another 1 km, you will reach a crossroads, turn left at it. There are about 1.30 km left to Puziniškis. You will exit the forest into a clearing where the village of Puziniškis is located.
Puziniškis–Salos II. At the end of the village street, an oak tree grows on a cliff. From the oak tree, return to the intersection at the beginning of the village and turn left onto the road leading north. After 200 m, it branches, keep to the left. The road leads along a path, and after 400 m, it suddenly turns right into the forest. After about 1 km, you will reach the bridge to Salas. On the right side of the road is the Puziniškis hillfort. After crossing the bridge, turn right and drive along the shore of Lake Linkmenas. After about 700 m, there will be a junction. The road going west leads to Ladakalnis. Keep to the left, the route leads south towards the Salai II ethnographic village. In places, the forest road becomes barely visible, but don't be scared. Soon it leads out of the forest and leads to the Salai II village.
Salos II–Palūšė. In the village you will reach a crossroads, turn left and drive about 1 km to the village of Salas. At the crossroads of the village of Salas, turn right. After 500 m you will enter a clearing, where the Antalksnė village homestead will begin. Keep to the main gravel road and travel to the crossroads, turn right. After 200 m you will reach a crossroads, keep left. From Antalksnė to the main road about 0.5 km. Turn left at the crossroads. After 1.5 km on the left side of the road there is a rest stop, from which a wonderful panorama opens. After 4.5 km you will reach a crossroads, turn left at it. After 600 m, after crossing the bridge, turn left to the Šakarva campsite. Behind the campsite, a path leads further into the forest. Travel along this road for 1 km. After leaving the forest and passing the homestead, the road makes a sharp turn to the right. From this turn, the road leads straight to Palūšė.
