The fifth painted wall complemented the open-air Ignalina City Gallery. The wall of the Ignalina District Education Support Service was decorated with another painting by the artist Tadas Vincaitis-Plūgas and his own work „Girl with a puppy“.
The project „Gallery under the open sky „Ignalina is ARTi“ is financed by Ignalina district municipality.
