The cemetery in the town of Rimšė is included in the immovable register of cultural values. The cemetery has about 20 granite and concrete monuments (the inscriptions are sometimes difficult to read); a concrete obelisk, surrounded by a fence of four concrete pillars and metal pipes, with inscriptions carved in Polish in the niches of the pedestal. On the territory stands an oak sculpture with a cross by sculptor Teofilis Potiejūnas, erected in 1998. There is a plaque commemorating the volunteers of the Rimšė parish in the 1919-1920 battles for independence.
