MEETING PLACE AND TIME: 2020 August 16 (Sunday), 10 am, Palūšė, Ignalina district. sav. (lot near Palūšė pirate shop). For those traveling from Vilnius with us, we will announce the place and time of the meeting in person. Those traveling from Vilnius with our transport will have to pay an additional 10 euros.
PRICE: 89 Eur.
The price of the trip includes:

The event is suitable for children from 10 years.
DURATION OF THE TOUR - ~ 8 hours (+/- 1 hour).
The Ignalina region is exceptional for its lake nature. Not a single one of us has been here, not a single camper, so it will be really interesting to learn how nature has created such an inexhaustible abundance of lakes. They are all as if tied in a bluish pearl necklace, and their shores, straits, peninsulas, and islands wander in an endless maze. This time we will visit them by boat. We will get acquainted with the unique edge of the last icing, we will discuss the development of Aukštaitija lakes, wetlands, dunes surrounded by them. We will talk about what sediments are in the lakes and what natural history they hide. We will understand why it was so convenient for powerful rulers to settle here, we will visit the ethnographic village of the Islands. At the end of the tour we will visit the Geologist's Travel Exposition in Palūšė, Aukštaitija Business Center.
WE WILL SWIMM: Lūšiai, Šakarvai, Aslanai, Linkmenai lakes and admire their landscape.
WE WILL VISIT: Palūšė, Šakarvai Bridge, Salų village, Ladakalnis, Ginučiai mound, Meironiai camping site, Palūšė nature trail observation hill, Geologist's travel exposition.
FOOD: At one of the stops we will serve fish made from "Palūšės piratai" and smoked fish.
