Ažušilė mound with the settlement is a state-protected object located in Vidiškės eldership, 1.3 km east from Lake Ilgis, 0.85 km northeast from Žiežulinis Lake, 0.85 km from Lake Palukštinis, 0.25 km west from Vidiškės-Ažušilė-Kūjiškės road. It is a 15-20 m high hill, called the Mound Hill. At the top of the hill is barely noticeable platform, that is about 10 m in width with a prominent south-west tip. In 1991 the mound was confirmed as an archaeological monument.
